This Privacy Policy explains what information the TurbyCart Hero mobile game
(“the game”, “we”, “us”) collects, how it is used, and who it is shared with.
The game is a casual arcade game intended for players aged 13 and over. It does not require you to create an
account or provide any personal contact information to play.
Information we collect
A randomly generated player ID. The first time you launch the game, a random identifier
is generated and stored on your device. We do not read your hardware/Android device ID or any
permanent device identifier. This random ID is sent to our online leaderboard so your ranking entry stays
unique — it cannot be used to identify you or your device.
Display name. An optional name you choose for the leaderboard (default: “Dave”).
You choose this yourself; please avoid entering real personal information.
Game progress and scores. Coins, stars, levels completed, and best combo. Your progress is
stored on your device, and your scores are uploaded to the online leaderboard.
Advertising identifier. The advertising SDK we use (Google AdMob) may access your device’s
Advertising ID to show and measure ads. See “Advertising” below.
Information we do NOT collect
We do not collect your real name, email address, phone number, precise or GPS location, contacts, photos,
camera or microphone data, browsing history, messages, or any payment information.
How your information is used and shared
Supabase (supabase.com) —
hosts our online leaderboard. When you play, your randomly generated player ID, chosen display name, and game
scores are sent to and stored on Supabase servers over an encrypted (HTTPS/TLS) connection so that leaderboards
and rankings can be shown.
Google AdMob (Google’s Privacy Policy) —
serves the ads in the game. AdMob may collect your Advertising ID and standard ad-request information (such as
device type, general region, and ad interactions) to deliver and measure ads.
We do not sell your data, and no other analytics or tracking SDKs are used.
Advertising
The game shows ads through Google AdMob in two forms:
Rewarded ads — optional videos you can choose to watch in exchange for in-game bonuses.
Interstitial ads — full-screen ads that may appear automatically between levels.
Ads may use your Advertising ID. You can reset your Advertising ID or opt out of ad personalization at any time
in your device settings (Settings → Google → Ads on Android).
Children’s privacy
TurbyCart Hero is intended for players aged 13 and older and is not directed to children under 13. We do not
knowingly collect personal information from children. No account or personal contact information is required to play.
Data retention
Leaderboard entries are retained while the game is live. You can clear your own leaderboard data at any time
from the game’s Settings screen.
Your choices
Clear your leaderboard data from the in-game Settings screen.
Change your display name at any time.
Reset or opt out of your Advertising ID through your device settings.
Data security
Data transmitted to our leaderboard is sent over encrypted HTTPS/TLS connections.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the
“Last updated” date at the top of this page.
